Skills Career Path was founded by Katarzyna Jankowska — a British Council Certified Agent Counsellor, mentor, and education strategist who has supported individuals for years in navigating the UK education system and finding their direction.
What makes this approach different is the combination of academic education, real-life experience, and deep personal development work.
Katarzyna graduated in Business Management from De Montfort University in Leicester (2020–2023), which gives her a strong understanding of studying in the UK — not only from a professional perspective, but also from her own personal experience as a student.
She has also completed the Change Value Process School by Adam Dębowski, where she developed skills in coaching and therapeutic work. This plays a crucial role when supporting clients — especially in moments where choosing a study path is not just about options, but about overcoming uncertainty, internal blocks, or lack of clarity.
In addition, she is a certified trainer of the Genius Formula® by Taisja Laudy and works with the CliftonStrengths (Gallup®) methodology, focusing on identifying natural talents and patterns of thinking.
