1. Privacy Policy 

Welcome to Skills Career Path. Before accessing our website, booking a consultation, or using any of our services, please read these Terms and Conditions together with our Privacy Policy.
For the purposes of these Terms, references to the “Platform” or “Website” include the Skills Career Path website and any associated web pages, digital tools, forms, booking systems, portals, or online content operated or made available by Skills Career Path Ltd.
These Terms apply to any person accessing or using our Website or services, whether in an individual capacity or on behalf of a business, school, organisation, or any other third party.
By using the Website, submitting an enquiry, booking a service, clicking to confirm acceptance, signing an order form, or otherwise entering into any arrangement with us that refers to these Terms, you agree to enter into a legally binding agreement with Skills Career Path Ltd (“Skills Career Path”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By doing so, you confirm that you accept and will comply with these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any other applicable agreement, service terms, or supporting documentation that may apply to your relationship with us, whether agreed verbally, electronically, or in writing.
If you do not accept these Terms or any document expressly incorporated into them, you must stop using our Website and services immediately.
Where a separate written agreement has been entered into between you and Skills Career Path, and any provision of that agreement is inconsistent with these Terms, the relevant provision of the separate agreement shall prevail, but only to the extent of that inconsistency. In all other cases, these Terms shall continue to apply in full.

By accepting these Terms, you confirm that:

  • you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction;

  • all information you provide to us is accurate, complete, and up to date;

  • if you are acting for or on behalf of another individual or organisation, you have full authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.

DEFINITIONS

For the purposes of these Terms, the following expressions shall have the meanings set out below:
“Company” means Skills Career Path Ltd.
“Client” means any individual, business, school, organisation, or other entity that accesses the Website or uses the services of the Company.
“Parties” means the Company and the Client together, and “Party” means either of them individually.
“Services” means any service provided by the Company, including but not limited to educational guidance, application support, mentoring, workshops, consultations, document support, and related advisory services.
“Applicant” means a person for whom application-related support is provided, including guidance connected with admission to a college, university, or other educational institution.
“Student” means a person receiving support connected with education, training, academic progression, or related development services.
“Package” means a bundle or agreed scope of services selected by the Client, which may include consultations, mentoring, workshops, application support, document guidance, or other advisory services.
“Consultation” means a scheduled advisory session provided by the Company in person, by telephone, online, or by other agreed communication methods.
“Partner Institution” means any university, college, school, training provider, or external organisation with which the Company may cooperate from time to time.
“Website” means the Skills Career Path website and any related digital pages, forms, booking systems, portals, and online resources operated by or on behalf of the Company.
“Data Protection Laws” means all laws and regulations applicable to the processing of personal data, privacy, and data security in force from time to time in the United Kingdom, including the UK GDPR, the Data Protection Act 2018, the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003, and any amendment, replacement, extension, or re-enactment of them.
“Personal Data” shall have the meaning given under applicable Data Protection Laws.
“Data Security Incident” means any actual or suspected event involving unlawful or accidental loss, destruction, misuse, alteration, unauthorised disclosure of, or access to Personal Data.
“Working Day” means any day other than a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday in England.

SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

The Company agrees to provide the Client with the Services selected or otherwise agreed between the parties. The exact scope of support may be set out in writing, confirmed by email, described in a service proposal, booking confirmation, invoice, or other communication issued by the Company.
Services may include, without limitation:

  • educational and career guidance;

  • support with applications to universities or other institutions;

  • consultations and mentoring;

  • workshops or training sessions;

  • assistance with supporting documents;

  • strategic advice relating to study, work, and career development.

Any service confirmation, proposal, annex, booking summary, invoice, or service description issued in connection with these Terms shall form part of the contractual arrangement between the parties.

CLIENT STATUS AND AUTHORITY

If the Client is purchasing or arranging services on behalf of another person, the Client confirms that they have the authority to do so and, where required, that they have obtained the relevant permissions, consents, and approvals necessary for the Company to provide the Services.
Where personal data relating to another person is provided to the Company, the Client confirms that such data has been shared lawfully and with the required consent or other valid legal basis.

USEFUL LEGAL VERSION OF PAYMENT CLAUSE

The Client agrees to pay all fees for the Services in accordance with the payment terms communicated by the Company. Unless otherwise stated in writing, invoices shall be payable within seven days of issue.
The Company reserves the right to suspend or discontinue Services where payment is overdue.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, the Company’s fees do not include third-party charges such as application fees, examination fees, translation costs, tuition fees, visa costs, accommodation costs, or any fee charged by an external institution or provider.

USEFUL LEGAL VERSION OF LIABILITY CLAUSE

The Company shall exercise reasonable care and skill in delivering the Services. However, the Client acknowledges that the Company does not control the decisions, processes, timelines, or policies of third-party institutions, including universities, colleges, funding bodies, government departments, or immigration authorities.
Accordingly, the Company does not warrant or guarantee any specific result, including admission offers, funding approvals, visa outcomes, or academic progression decisions.
